A B2B freight management platform designed from zero — replacing manual phone calls and spreadsheets with a structured digital system for commercial shippers, freight drivers, and internal staff. Three distinct role-based interfaces, designed after working as a dispatcher myself.
Took over a failed vendor engagement and rebuilt the entire mobile app from scratch in 6 weeks — covering user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI. App launched on the App Store on schedule.
